Helper Consulting Services Core Values:

Helper Consulting Services, LLC is a minority woman-owned consulting and handyman firm located in Forest Park, Georgia. We offer a broad range of consulting and repair services. Our consulting division specializes in addressing operational, strategic, program, and process management issues, as well as creating new programs for a diverse clientele across the USA. The firm is fully insured and bonded, and our handyman team is dedicated to property preservation services for businesses, property management companies, and homeowners.

Our Journey and Comeback

The Helper, Inc. was established in 2009 by Randi Hooker, who served as the founder and owner until its closure in 2016 when she transitioned to a full-time role with a client company to assist with their projects. In 2019, following the completion of her tenure with the client, Randi, along with Keith, founded Helper Consulting Services, LLC.

Driven by inspiration and a strong commitment to make a difference, they aspired to be the HELPING HAND that would usher in positive change for communities, business owners, clients, and residents alike. Their goal was to drive each of these groups towards flourishing and achieving their respective visions.

The journey began with aiding individuals and small enterprises along the Eastern Coast. As time progressed, Randi and Keith identified a pervasive challenge shared by these entities: a deficiency in expertise regarding facility maintenance, operational management, and program development, even with a solid understanding of their respective fields. Consequently, they resolved to help businesses enhance the condition of their physical assets and the efficiency of their internal operations.
