Our Journey
From Solo Startup to Trusted Partner Nationwide
Our story began in 2009 when Randi Hooker launched The Helper, Inc. It was a grassroots effort to support entrepreneurs and individuals with small business needs. In 2016, that journey paused when Randi was asked to join a client full-time to lead internal growth and development.
By 2019, with deeper insight and renewed purpose, Helper Consulting Services, LLC was born.
Since then, HCS has grown into a go-to business operations consulting firm, supporting clients across more than 10 industries. We’ve tackled everything from broken systems and undefined processes to stalled project rollouts and capacity issues always with one goal in mind: helping businesses move forward.
