Helper Consulting Services, LLC (HCS) is a minority woman-owned consulting firm located in Forest Park, Georgia. Our Journey and Comeback
The Helper, Inc. was established in 2009 by Randi Hooker, who served as the founder and owner until its closure in 2016 when she transitioned to a full-time role with a client company to assist with their projects. In 2019, following the completion of her tenure with the client, Randi, founded Helper Consulting Services, LLC.
The journey began with aiding individuals and small enterprises along the United States. As time progressed, Randi identified a pervasive challenge shared by these entities: a deficiency in expertise regarding facility maintenance, operational management, and program development, even with a solid understanding of their respective fields. Consequently, they resolved to help businesses enhance the condition of their physical assets and the efficiency of their internal operations.

Randi Hooker-Kellum, known as the “Business Operations Doctor” and an alumnus of Ashford University, has extensive experience in business operations, having worked with over twenty companies across ten diverse industries. She offers her expertise to businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies.

government agencies. My expertise, which combines robust technical knowledge, educational
insight, and natural integrator skills, has empowered organizations to implement impactful

Having worked alongside entrepreneurs and leaders, I’ve honed my ability to mentor and execute
strategies that foster growth and operational excellence. With a degrees from Ashford University & Mercer University, I’ve been able to leverage my skills to help businesses and organizations optimize their
operations, improve efficiency, and achieve lasting success.
